As a consultant, I provide advice on software solutions in the area of Process Automation, combining Artificial Intelligence solutions (AI Agents), BPM (Business Process Management), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Automatic Data Capture, Electronic Signature and Analytics (Business Intelligence). I am an expert in generating tailored proposals, ensuring that the company’s solutions align with client objectives.
I manage high-value opportunities, consistently accelerating the sales cycle through effective technical demonstrations as well as product workshops and proof of concepts. I reliably achieve my annual targets, making decisive contributions to the company’s commercial goals, having established relationships with leading national companies (IBEX35) and top technology partners (Minsait, Deloitte, Accenture, Inetum, etc.). As Professional Services manager, I led a multidisciplinary team, managing and implementing digital transformation projects (using Six Sigma and Agile methodologies), from small-scale to large-scale initiatives, both locally and internationally, coordinating deployments in more than 15 countries across Europe and Latin America, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
